While I was having a lesson with one of my italki student I discovered something that left me speechless: in Italy there are pizza vending machines!
All'inizio credevo che il mio studente mi stesse prendendo in giro, ma dopo aver fatto una rapida ricerca su internet ho capito che era proprio vero.
At first I thought that my student was joking, but after checking quickly on the Internet I understood that it was absolutely true.
Onestamente non mangerei MAI una pizza del distributore perché per quanto gli ingredienti siano freschi non sarà mai come una pizza da pizzeria. Capisco però che l'ideatore abbia voluto dare la possibilità di mangiare una pizza anche a chi lavora fino a tardi o ha poco tempo per mangiare.
To be honest I would NEVER eat a pizza from a vending machine because it will never be as good as the pizza from a pizzeria, no matter how fresh the ingredients are. But I understand the fact that the creator wanted to give the chance to eat pizza to anyone, even to those working till late or who don't have much time to eat.
